The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he saw.
Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.
John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne,
and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood
and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.
“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
I, John, your brother and partner in the tribulation and the kingdom and the patient endurance that are in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos on account of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.
I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet
saying, “Write what you see in a book and send it to the seven churches, to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.”
Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me, and on turning I saw seven golden lampstands,
and in the midst of the lampstands one like a son of man, clothed with a long robe and with a golden sash around his chest.
The hairs of his head were white, like white wool, like snow. His eyes were like a flame of fire,
his feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the roar of many waters.
In his right hand he held seven stars, from his mouth came a sharp two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining in full strength.
When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, I am the first and the last,
and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.
Write therefore the things that you have seen, those that are and those that are to take place after this.
All of the experiences of John were designed for three things: The word of God, the testimony of Jesus Christ and things that pertain to the testimony of Christ; for what reason he was caught up into the heaven lies. That made us to understand that the essence of revelations was to bring people into the testimony. Paul wrote letter to the churches for the perfection of the church. Revelations were given to John to send to the seven churches. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. The faith is the glory of God which we cannot relate with, so also is the coming to the full stature of God. In Ephesians, Paul talked of the five ministry as the impetus for building and edifying the saints, bringing them up to Him in all things, so the landmark of what the believer is to become has been set in the epistle so that the church will grow up but when you do not have a picture of that end, you cannot see it. Though it has been evident to the Apostles, but they could not find words to convey that end. The testimony was not just given for the word sake. Though the Apostle saw it, they could not find the word to describe it. They were not essentially teachers but bearers of the testimony of the Lord Jesus. All the gifts mentioned in the epistles were not found in the book of Revelation.
You should be able to see into the dimensions of the Father if you have the measure of the gifts of Christ. That is why all the gifts of Christ are not end in themselves; they are means to an end. What was given the Apostles to teach was the knowledge of the Son of God. The epistles and the revelations were different messages written to the seven churches, but what made the revelations different from the epistles was the fact that all who participate in the revelations are bearers of the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The word which gave birth to us has not been known by many because the word is the Spirit; the word is the embodied thought and the nature of the father fully capturing everything of the Father, both past and present. So, the word of God is the whole thought of God; the whole being of what God can ever be; this same word birthed us and has to be shown to us. This word is the logos which could either be written or unwritten and they all come from the same source.
If you are born of the word, you are to become the word and make the word become flesh. That is why there is nothing in the Father that is not in the Son and the Son reveals the Father at different times. For instance, nobody can fulfil the law except God, which is why the son of God came under the law to fulfil it so as to manifest the Father in a way. So, the same one who fulfils the law is the same that is coming back to judge the world. The first battle therefore that the disciples fought was to obtain the Word. Looking at Apostle Paul, it will be difficult to judge his office not knowing he was a servant of the Word, we have to therefore migrate into the knowledge of the Word, otherwise we will be stagnant. So, the book of Revelation is that which is written to those who have come into servitude and not those burdened with administration of the church
Jesus Christ, His person and His nature should be made manifest. He must be known because if He is not known, we will expand the timing of His coming. If He is not known, the end of time will not come and the glorious entry of the Son of God will not come, so the essence of revelations is to compress time and to fast track the coming of the Son of God and shortening of the times. Paying attention to these things will make us become keepers of the testimony of Christ and God will not close this age until it has fulfilled the intention of God. All of these words is to usher in the new day and close the age.
The word is the whole thought, counsel and might of God, it is sharper than two edged sword and it is the standard and what we must become. So, all of these people reckoned as servants are serving His will and the end is that His servants will serve Him. So, the essence of the Word is to bring all of God to become manifest at this time and we are to serve this Word of God which is the Will of God because we are born by the Word. Our normal service is therefore to serve the Will of God. The Will is in heaven which is the Word, but there exist a need for the Will to come to the earth in order for us to serve it. Jesus served the Will, for it was written in the volume of the book that all of the Will of God to be done. So, what Jesus found is the volume of the book which is the Will of God for it has been written that the Son of God was to be crucified and dying on the cross was the fulfilment of the Will, so He became the body through which the Will of the Father was fulfilled. SERVANTS SERVE THE WILL OF THE FATHER.
Jesus grew waxing strong in the Spirit because there is a building of God in Him different from the flesh. As he was growing in the flesh, he was growing in the Will. What was growing in Him waxed the Will. He became an evidence that the word of God could grow in the earth. So, Jesus is who God is doing what God wants and the first pattern of the Father that pleased the Father. There were people in the past like Noah, Enoch, Abel, but only the Son did God said I am well pleased. Enoch walked with God and in walking with God, He gained mastery but could not please Him well because he did not grow as the Word which is the Spirit.
The Word and the Spirit are actually one and could exist in either form at any time. Truth is spirit and cannot be done except it is inside of you. If you have received the truth, it is a Spirit which has possessed you. All of this cannot happen in a day in our lives, that is why God takes time to grow us. So, Jesus became all of the Father, not lacking anything. He became the’ I am’. We are begotten of that Word so as to grow into the same stature of the Word and the only job of the church is to grow the saints. It is only through the Word that God can be pleased, without the Word, God cannot be pleased and the Word is quickening and powerful. It is a Spirit-person who also has an essence of the Spirit. Before the word came, many servants came and the real essence of Israel is to produce servants like Moses. The only servant that can be compared with JesusChrist is Moses, who did not partake of the law. There are testaments that make men; one is that of Abel that God hid from us. Abel’s testament was still speaking while he was dead and it spoke good things, only the testimony of Jesus speaks better than that of Abel which God hid from us and the testimony of the law was fulfilled by the Spirit through Jesus. So, the essence of the law is to produce servants; to raise sons and the best it could raise were sons of men who spoke what God wants. They were raised by God by the law and through the Spirit upon, spoke what they could not partake of, they could not partake of it because it was not in there being.
Moses was a servant of another Kingdom because he heard and that is why God put everything into the mystery of preaching and hearing. This was also was designed for the Israelites but because of their hearts, they could not partake. God had to arrange various consecrations for the priests before they could partake of the prophetic. Those who went through the law have a measure by reason of their tribe to partake of the testimony, but it takes a measure of raising to partake. The law is the mechanism that raises up the prophet seeing they do not have a manner of life of the people of the world; they have their testimony, their way of life but in all, the essence was to serve the Will. So, they were moved by the Spirit to speak. The Will cannot be done like that momentarily when the Holy Spirit comes on them, God has to come to download His person. So, what God wants is that through service, we will be initiated into the Will.
After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for his judgments are true and just; for he has judged the great prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality, and has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”
The speaking of the angel when he declares himself as a servant typifies that there are services that can be done without the testimony which definitely is not of the testimony of Jesus Christ. The angels serve another testimony because they were not grown by the word of God. It is the building of God that can serve and bear the testimony of Jesus. The word of God is the testimony and the growth of the Word is the essence of serving the testimony. So, they could not serve the testimony because the Word has not been made manifest. That is why the other testament was given in the world of angels who became custodians of the previous world. What produces the statutes of the law was given by the hand of the angels. All the operation of the law was in the hands of the angels and everybody who grew up in that world was grown by angels.
So also people can be in the church without been grown by the Word, but rather by that of angels, exploiting in powers and spiritual manifestation, they could be from God, but not of the testimony of the Father. They are not grown by the Word. The manner of the testimony they carry determines their manifestation. Testimonies are spirit in manners. But the testimony of Jesus is the seven spirits of the Father and the rod of Jesse grew to wear the seven spirits. So, Jesus with might grew up to wear the seven spirits and came to us in the last days, to the church to raise servants to Himself.
That is why there is emphasis on the inner being. The first operation of grace and mercy is to raise us as a divine being so that we can have the stature to carry the spirit of prophecy which is the testimony of Jesus. There are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Son and the Spirit.
1 John 5:1-11
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments.
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome.
For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world–our faith.
Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
This is he who came by water and blood–Jesus Christ; not by the water only but by the water and the blood. And the Spirit is the one who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
For there are three that testify:
the Spirit and the water and the blood; and these three agree.
If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son.
Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son. And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
John was made to show his revelations to the church, because that is the design, and from him, it is designed to be preached to the whole church. God is able to do that and He will do it. There is only one that can link both the heavenlies and the earthly. He said the Spirit is truth and it is the Spirit that bears witness, because He is the only one that can link all of them. So, the blood on earth cannot operate without the Spirit, so also the water. We have the Spirit on the heavenlies that can bring the Word to us. The testimony turns us into the Spirit.
For you to activate prophecy, you have to go through the instrumentality of the Spirit. For instance, as you hear the word of the Spirit, your fibre becomes spiritual, but that does not mean that you have been clothed by the Holy Ghost. The texture and the nature of the Spirit have to be grown via the instrumentality of the blood, which is designed to turn us into the Spirit. The elementary therefore is to be baptised and receive the Holy Spirit, but what our faith was designed for is to deal with the world because the limitation of the previous testimony was the inability to deal with the world. We must fulfil the Will of God which is the eternal intentions of God. We are not to speak it, but to fulfil it. The fulfilment of the seven trumpets which are messages, climaxed by the seventh trumpet will be exemplified by the arising of people on the earth that will fulfil the portions of the word of God. The blood of Jesus is the instrument that distinguishes us from other testament and it is not just designed to have church or stop sinning or even prophesy, but doing things on earth exactly the way it is in the heart of the Father. So, the whole bible was speakings waiting for a time when men will do the exactness of what is spoken in the logos (i.e. spoken by God).
The presence of these men set a cause of how things should be for they are Spirit course. God wants the exactness of what is put in the custody of Jesus. This cannot be done by studying but via the Spirit for it takes those raise by the Spirit to sight the will.
What the blood of the testimony does is to locate the Word of Good which will be the means for the impartations of the Spirit; without the blood, the realm of the Spirit and the Word will not be known. The divine intention of the Word cannot be sighted and done without coming through the bloodline. To be able to do that is to become a spirit. So, what John did is to show what that blood does which is one of the witness on earth and how it raises servants. If it this is not done, servants will be raised but they will not be many.
So, the speakings of the churches is to give people chance to penetrate through grace become servants; and making God thoughts to be accomplished in all they do. The increase of such men will over time cloud the environment impeding the penetration of other spirits. So, the will of the Father is to bring what is in heaven on earth. Those that are prophetic are the ones that can sight and cause it to supersede every spiritual reign in the heavenlies.
