The Lord is causing the earth to bring forth to Himself. The earth must yield to God because it is the place of manifestation and in achieving this, a pressure is coming on the earth which will be to us salvation but to the world, condemnation.
2 Peter 1:1-3
Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Our general calling is to glory and power. The focus of the gospel of God is to achieve the restoration of GLORY. Sometimes we lose focus on the essence of our calling and cause the enemy to easily catch up with us. There are many things the Lord could do without sending Jesus. He parted the red sea without Jesus; the Lord is blessed, so why did He have to send his son? It is because He is committed to the earth which represents the people in it. Restoration was the reason Jesus came because man lost all things when he fell and our reasoning became bound. The commitment of the Lord therefore is to restore the things that fell. When man fell, he fell to another realm of glory which in God’s estimation was not glory.
God will give grace and glory to those who walk uprightly. God gave Jesus abundant grace to be glorified.
2 Peter 1:18-21
And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.
We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
Our faith must be focused on glory which is a translation unto maturity. The flower fades because the grass falls- this is the state of the glory of man; it appears for a while and later fades away. The enemy came to crush the nature of man; he came against the person that wears the glory, which is why the Lord will crush the enemy.
God does not record things He has done for us in the natural because it comes with season as the scriptures say; ´earth will bring forth fruit in its season. It is the law of the earth; when you sow you will reap. If the glory is not Christ, it will fade.
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
These things that make the grass to grow in the morning and wither in the evening are wrath that comes after disobedience; it is a nature in the sons of disobedience. It is not about the name but an inward nature which is evident in us. Until the mind is changed and man starts walking in the Spirit, he walks in the flesh and is already condemned.
There is a reason God speaks to us; it is to give us glory and power in this time. When God raises a man, He is raising the soul, not what he has because it is the soul that will wear the glory. Our real building and beauty is inside and that is what God is after. This is the reason we need understanding of life so that we will be changed into an eternal remembrance.
