Grace And Truth!

imagesYNOVF5MTThere was a moment in the beginning when God was by Himself but it changed with creation.  Eternity is always in the present because in God nothing goes out of course and His vision is that man will be in right-standing with Him on the earth.

Colossians 1:6

Which is come to you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

God is supposed to be the centre of gravity of man because everything was created by God for Jesus Christ. Everything was made by Him and for Him

Job 38:6; 2 Kings 2:19-21

God took so much care to create the earth for man and He is meant to keep the right of God where He has placed it. Barrenness means aimlessness and in all of man’s existence, he can only go far, not beyond but grace came and intervened by the appearance of the last Adam.

John 1:14

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelled among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Grace and truth constitutes Glory. The grace of the glory of God will crush any man that wants to see Him and that is why you cannot see Him and live. Divinity is inside Him, nobody could contain all of God. What constitutes the Glory of Jesus was the fact that divinity was inside Him which at that time constituted terror for those people. Jesus Christ was able to satisfy the nature of God which was why God was pleased with Him. He was so perfect in God’s Will that He had no problem with obedience. The fact that we have been indwelt by God is Glory for us. The Lord God has an inheritance in the saints and this is glorious.

1 Corinthians 15:44-47

It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

However, that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

The first man is of the earth, earthy; the second man is the Lord from heaven.

The second Adam is Christ Jesus and by the grace of God we have come in contact with Him.

Ephesians 1:4

According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Before the foundation of the world, He has seen us. The last man, Christ Jesus reproduces its type by redemption which is also Grace. To grow, we need to be disciplined even in our natural life; I pray that the Lord will discipline us so that we will be able to conform to the image of His son.

John 15:1-2

I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer.

Every branch in me that bears not fruit he takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, he purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

In the church, the Lord purges only those branches that will bear fruit. We are meant to bear fruits which are an exhibition of the character and nature of God. It would be burnt if it does not bring forth its purpose; we pray that His grace will continually pursue us until we bear fruits.

2 Corinthians 12:8-10

For this thing I sought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

Difficult situations come to make us and grace may not actually take us out of them but it is sufficient to hold and keep us through the whole process because it manifests when we are out of our strength.

2 Corinthians 4:17

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

Glory can also be referred to as resurrection or Eternal Life. If Glory is our pursuit, we will be taken through processes. It is not about struggle; no matter what we are going through in life, if we can look beyond the problem into the goodness and benevolence of God, we will definitely land safely.
