The Labour Of Grace 2!

Romans 14:4

Who are you that judge another man’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Yes, he shall be held up: for God is able to make him stand.

It is not part of God’s plan for man to fail, that is why He put brethren around us. Grace sent different people to our lives as it own measures. God is good and will make everything work together for our good. We are all going through processes which we cannot control, so we have to accept the grace of our Lord Jesus. Even when we make our stupid mistake sometimes, God is still able to make us stand because He is not interested in our falling but committed to make us stand.

When someone is not getting things right, we have a responsibility to correct. This is not violating the Law of the Holy Ghost neither is it judging one another; we must see it as working progressively together. Many of us cannot see our falls, that is why we need others to see us and tell us our workin togedaproblems. Moses for instance, was about the job of judging the Israelites all alone until his father in law advised him to delegate authority to some others, if not for that, Moses would have been so encumbered to killing point. God did not come down to tell him that- this tells so much that we need one another. Before David came, the bible recorded that those that followed Saul were ordinary men but when he came, they were changed and were distinguished. They were even fit to  become king but did not aspire for that because they recognized the grace upon David.

1 Corinthians 12:1-3

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I would not have you ignorant. You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, even as you were led. Why I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Ghost is working on our hearts, and that is why, sometimes we have a check in our hearts and ask ourselves if we are on the right path. What gives us the confidence to go on is grace.

There are diversities of gifts. The Holy Ghost is not bound and His ability is without limit. Every servant of God and ministration is a manifestation of grace by the Holy Ghost. He is the one who carries all the gifts while the Lord administers  and God oversees the operations. Some of us find ourselves in certain assembly where the gifts of the Spirit are not allowed to be stirred up and also where it is believed that people not from our church do not have revelation; this is inability to discern the body.

Hebrews 4:8-10

For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest to the people of God. For he that is entered into his rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

We should cease from our own energy for as food gives us energy naturally, so also Grace is a spiritual energy.

Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The word ‘labor’ means to struggle. It is a paradox and was deliberately put there so that natural men will not access it but only spiritual men will. I wish all ministers know that they are ministers of the sanctuary and not of the outer court. We all have infirmities and within us we do not have the capacity to access God’s plan but He has given grace. The first thing we must ask for any time we are approaching the Kingdom is grace and that makes mercy to flow. Jesus recognizes we have infirmities and expects us to be humble which is to recognize our infirmities. The Lord releases grace in the time of need which is not school fees and the likes. The Holy Ghost is not just for ministry, but for living. It takes God to birth a vision in your heart and that vision is based on the gifting of the Holy Spirit.
